Because TailorBatch specializes in custom manufacturing, all orders are produced according to customer specifications.

Sample fees are refundable upon confirmation of a qualifying bulk production order.

Custom-made products are generally non-refundable once production has started.

If products arrive with verified manufacturing defects, customers should notify us within 7 days of receipt.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, or partial compensation.
